I like the style of the flash cards through the algorithm that has been created with this app.

I love the app but it has you pay two dollars for each religion that you learn abt. A bit too much.

It is hard to remember all the names of the different gods and who are their counterparts but I like the way you repeat some of the questions. This makes it easier to learn.

I am really into the subject of Religion/Spirituality. This app tests your knowledge using the flash cards. You can learn via the flashcard/test system. This will peak your interest and then you can further study other sources to get more knowledge on the subject. 2nd Edit. Great app!

Not a fan of flash cards. Like to have seen objective testing methods.

The app is most certainly helpful, however it might help more if say there was a "Central Ideas/Story" Page that you could read prior to the flash cards, so as to read through the story to see what is believed, rather than just information on the deities. (An example is the Hinduism pack.)

Good information. If there are supposed to be audio pronunciations, I can't figure out how to use this feature.

It doesn't even let you study the basic concepts of the religion. It pretty much says where it started, which countries still practice it, etc. I personally don't recommend.

Coexist we need more interfaith apps.

I love Brainscape! I took Spanish for three years in college and I had mother- in-law to speak with in the beginning thinking how much easier it would be to become fluent. Sadly she died of cancer during my first year of Spanish. Having no one to speak Spanish to I eventually forgot what I learned. This App has already helped me to start remembering the language. Thanks y'all.

I found this app quite interesting and very educational. The concept of learning more about what you are not aware of while reinforcing what is known to you is very helpful in retaining the information contained in this application.

This app is very good at learning a lot of facts about the main five religions in the world. I have been using it to study for my AP World History class and it covers some of the facts we covered n class and then some.

Very practical and handy: I found it to be quite an enjoyable way to gain a quick grasp of other faiths.

After spending only one night going through the entire stack on Buddhism, I have discovered much about the religion. I decided to test my memory on the subject a few days later and I can recall the cards very well. The system is very simple, yet so effective. Basically, you are given one side of a flashcard, the question side, then you are asked to think of the answer or say it aloud. After that, you flip the card and read the answer (and I must say, the cards have very elaborate answers). You then rate on a scale of 1-5 how well you knew the answer. If you rate your answer a 5, you won't see the card repeat again, because by rating your answer as a 5, you are telling the system that you know the answer perfectly. If you rate your answer as a 1, the card will repeat often until you answer with a higher rating, because by rating it as a 1, you are telling the system that you knew nothing about the question. So the lesser your ability is to answer the question correctly, the lower rating you will give to your answer. The lesser your rating, the more often the card will repeat in the deck, which gives you more opportunity to memorize the answer.

This App is very helpful when studying Religions! It keeps the cards you don't know until you memorize them and select the level you rate your knowledge.

Great review tool for my students in middle school who are studying the history and origins of the main world religions.

My principal interest is in comparative theology & this provides an excellent basis for such analysis by providing a reasonable level of information. Not too complex - not oversimplified. The educational methodology employed is effective and easy to use. I will probably look into some of the other subjects which use this method. Well done - thanks.
